It was downright freezing to me this morning but goodness, it was beautiful.

Cold air, golden sunshine, quiet horses, and that peaceful fall feeling that makes the early mornings worth it. There’s just something special about being at the barn when the seasons start to change. 🐴🤎

Chilly fingers and all, I wouldn’t trade mornings like this at The Barn at Saddlebrook.

Balance, bubbles, & bath day 🫧🐴🤍

We started today’s lesson on the lunge line, giving each rider a chance to focus on balance, body position, and confidence without having to worry as much about steering.

Then we gave our sweet lesson horse a much-deserved bath! The girls worked on grooming, bathing, handling, and caring for their horse from the ground — because good horsemanship is about so much more than just time in the saddle.

And judging by the amount of soap flying through the air… I think bath day was a hit.

A whole lot of learning, laughter, and one very clean horse.
