✨ Always learning. Always growing. ✨

This weekend, members of our Glamorous tumble staff had the opportunity to participate in a coaching clinic with Sam Groves, a USA Gymnastics professional and Trampoline & Tumbling coach with more than 20 years of experience!

We’re so thankful for opportunities like this that allow our coaches to continue learning, strengthening their knowledge, and bringing new ideas and techniques back to our students. 💗

At Glamorous, we believe great coaching goes beyond teaching skills. We want to create a training environment that focuses on safe progressions, strong technique, confidence, and positive athlete development.

A huge thank you to Sam for sharing his knowledge with our coaches! We’re excited to put what we learned to work in the gym! ⭐️🤸‍♀️
