Christmas Bird Counts are soon to be underway in Nebraska!
Join birders across the state in one of the longest-running community science traditions in the world, the Christmas Bird Count!
By spending just a few hours counting and identifying birds in your area, you’re helping collect data that scientists use to track population trends, understand habitat changes, and guide wildlife conservation. Every observation matters!
Want to get involved? Find a CBC event near you and join the holiday tradition!
