When an athlete fully commits, good things happen.
Tyler’s been incredibly consistent over the last month, and the numbers speak for themselves:
Flying 10: 1.54 → 1.50
Top Speed: 20.8 MPH → 22 MPH
Vertical: 29.9” → 33.1”
Pro Agility: 4.73 → 4.17
We’re proud of the progress, but even more proud of the discipline, attitude, and effort he’s brought every day.
This is what happens when talent meets hard work.
Excited to see what the rest of the offseason has in store for him.

Maybe a co-worker or a teammate trains here.
Maybe another parent recommended us.
Maybe you’ve been following along but aren’t sure where to start.
Here’s what happens next:

Meet the coaches, see the facility, and get a feel for how we train.
3️⃣ Build Your Plan
Based on your goals, we’ll recommend the training option that fits you best and show you exactly how to get started.
4️⃣ Start training.
No pressure. No long-term commitment. Just a plan and a place to work toward your goals.

Practice makes you better at your sport.
Training makes you a better athlete.
The athletes who create separation aren’t just showing up to practice, they’re putting in extra work in the gym.
Just 2 hours a week in the weight room adds up to:
• 104 extra hours each year
• 416 hours over middle school
• 728 hours before graduation
Stronger. Faster. More explosive. More resilient.
Small commitment. Massive advantage.

Big things ahead.
We’re proud to introduce Coach Trent as the newest addition to our coaching staff. Trent has been coaching a wide variety of athletes for the last five years. The past two years Trent was an assistant coach at East Central University in Ada. Trent oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for football, volleyball, softball, and cheer while assisting with baseball and track and field. Before his time at East Central Trent spent a year interning and assisting the Nebraska Huskers with their strength and conditioning programs. During his year with the Huskers he worked with football, and the various other Olympic sports.
Before his time at Nebraska, Trent was a collegiate football player for Chadron State College. During his time there he earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. Trent will graduate with a Master’s degree in Sports Administration, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the NSCA.
Originally from Merino, Colorado. Trent graduated high school as a four sport athlete. Sports have always played a significant role in his life, both as an athlete and now as a coach. He brings the same passion and dedication into coaching, using lessons learned through athletics and the weight room to help athletes develop not only their physical abilities, but also discipline, resilience, and valuable life skills.
