Great read!! Baseball is more than physical. It is the mental grind. Just when you feel you are physically locked in; teams pitch you different, hit you differently, and play you at another level. It is the mental confidence and positive self talk that will carry you through. Fail forward. Don't waste the hard days, use them for an opportunity to learn from failure. Growth mindset.
