Emily Frech, junior marketing and Clifton Builders Management major from Erie, Colorado, just returned from spring semester in Nashville working as an ACM Lifting Lives intern with ACM - Academy of Country Music's philanthropic arm. Her internship focused on ACM Awards weekend and its Country on the Green fundraiser in Las Vegas.

She said highlights of the internship were designing event-branded graphics, coordinating operational logistics and communicating with partners, supporting production planning and managing internal tracking systems and event documentation.

"Getting to help bring Country on the Green to life was an experience I’ll never forget. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who trusted me to contribute to such a large-scale event. As someone who wants to build a career in large-scale event production, getting to work behind the scenes of events at this level feels like a dream. It’s the kind of experience you hope to have one day, and I could step into it now."
