Congratulations to my athlete .consbruck on finishing the 1/2 with her daughter today! 🎉 🏃♀️
Here training had to pivot because life was life-ing, but there’s still something powerful about a start line that looks different than planned…it still becomes a finish line!
Goals shifted. Life didn’t follow the original script. But she didn’t step away from the process; she continued to persevere when it would have been easier to quit. By following my training, we adjusted, adapted, and she kept showing up in the way she could.
Today wasn’t about chasing a finish time. It was about resilience, presence, and covering 13.1 miles with her daughter right there with her. These miles were bigger than a race.
Jen finished. And that says everything. 🏃♀️ 🥇

3 years since my last marathon and not just back, I’m showing up with purpose!
Sweeping. Pacing. Cheering. Refusing to let anyone quit on themselves.
Step by step, we fought for that finish line together at the ! 🏃♀️
Injuries tried to take me out but they didn’t win.
This comeback is louder, stronger, and way more meaningful.
Fueled by a finish line potato and a whole bunch of bananas like the elite athlete I am. 😝 🍌🥔
I’m back and I’m bringing people with me. 🔥

Didn’t want to do this run. At all. Nope. Nada. 😖(Just ask my husband.)
No hype. No motivation. Just a long run on the plan.
That’s the point…It’s not motivation that gets you to the start line. It’s discipline. It’s showing up even when you don’t want to.
So when your brain says quit, lace up anyway and put one foot in front of the other. Stack the miles you didn’t feel like earning…but you more than earned in the end!
That’s how long runs gets done.
That’s how marathoners are made.
Three weeks to go…Ready to pace the !
Forward is a pace.

Not chasing speed. Not chasing perfection.
Just chasing the feeling of being outside on a beautiful day and running again. 🏃♀️
First run back after hamstring surgery and a very long break. Easy, intentional, and full of gratitude. 💙
Walk / run intervals is where it’s at right now!

My library is more than a stack of books. It’s years of learning, testing, and listening — to the science and to real runners navigating real life.
Behind every strong training plan is thoughtful education, lived experience, and the understanding that progress doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing what fits you.
Your pace.
Your schedule.
Your season of life.
If you’re ready for structure, accountability, and a plan that adapts as you do, this is what coaching is built for.

This is how a lot of new seasons start.
You don’t see the whole road.
You’re not totally sure how it’s going to go.
But you show up anyway.
As we start setting goals for next year, I’m seeing so many runners who want something different—more consistency, more confidence, more trust in their body.
You don’t need a perfect plan or perfect conditions.
You just need the next step. 🏃♀️
And if you want support figuring that out, I’m here. ✨
Every person. Every journey.
