His work and program development abilities, particularly his innovative approach to youth leadership, were featured in the 2021 regional Emmy-nominated 'We Will Not Be Silent,' and he was profiled on the podcast Leading with Purpose. Ferguson is the 28-year lead adult advisor of the Rev. at the Rally, overseeing the planning and execution of components associated with the annual event.
