If you're a founder or CEO sitting at $500K or even $1M in revenue… but it still feels like you’re drowning this is for you.
You're not a startup.
You’ve built something real.
You’ve done it on grit, instinct, and late nights most people will never understand.
But now?
Now you're the bottleneck.
You’re solving everyone’s problems.
You're making payroll work barely.
You’re carrying the team and the vision, but no one else seems to see the full picture but you.
The pressure’s heavier than it’s ever been
And if you’re honest, you’re a little tired of pretending like you’ve got it all figured out.
Especially in this economy.
Costs are up. Margins are tight. And every decision feels high-stakes.
What got you to this level won’t take you to the next.
I just re-read a McKinsey article titled “A New Operating Model for a New World”. It basically said what we’ve been feeling:
“The old playbook gut decisions, siloed departments, scattered ops isn’t built for where the world is going. Founders need tighter systems, faster insights, and teams that can move with clarity. Otherwise, scale becomes chaos.”
That hit.
Because for too many of us, we’re growing…
But not scaling.
Revenue’s moving. But profitability? Unclear.
Team’s growing. But performance? Inconsistent.
Business is bigger. But our time? Gone.
We’re not stuck.
But we’re capped.
That’s why we built StreetMBA.
Not to teach people how to start a business.
But to help CEOs like us build the systems we were never taught.
To lead better.
To scale with structure.
To make data-informed decisions quickly.
And finally build a culture that holds, even when we’re not in the room.
This isn’t a course.
It’s the operating system we wish we had 3 years ago.
If you’re scaling toward $5–$10M, and you know deep down that what got you here isn’t sustainable…

From Lounge to Legacy — What 8 Years of Capital Cigar Taught Us About What’s Possible
We didn’t build Capital Cigar Lounge to land a magazine cover.
We built it because we believed in creating space — for connection, conversation, and legacy.
When we started, we weren’t handed a blueprint. We created our own.
When we launched, we didn’t have guarantees. We had grit.
We didn’t wait to be chosen. We chose ourselves.
And you can, too.
It's the reason we started our StreetMBA program — showing that real-world experience is the most powerful degree you can earn.
This cover isn’t a spotlight on us — it’s a signal to every entrepreneur with a vision and the courage to go against the grain.
It’s not about ci**rs. It’s about creating value.
It’s not about recognition. It’s about resilience.
It’s not about us. It’s about what you can do when you stop waiting and start building.
If you’ve been sitting on a dream — start.
If you’ve been doubting your value — don’t.
And if you’ve been thinking your story doesn’t matter — it does. It will inspire someone else.
StreetMBA is full of people just like us: builders, creators, risk-takers, visionaries.
Let our 8-year milestone be your motivation — not to follow our path, but to blaze your own.
Let’s keep building. Let’s keep teaching. Let’s keep proving what’s possible.

MillionHeirs- My Love Letter to You!
On November 7, we celebrate one year together. One year of building something sacred. One year of proving to the world — and sometimes even to ourselves — that Black women are unstoppable when we choose to rise together.
This community was never just an idea. It was a vision, born from the desire to create a soft place for Black women to land — a place where your voice would be honored, your brilliance celebrated, your wounds acknowledged, and your dreams watered. A place where we could take off the masks the world demands we wear, and be fully, unapologetically ourselves.
Over the last eleven months, I have watched you — my sisters — launch businesses, heal from heartbreak, save money for the first time ever, take risks that scared you, and step boldly into the fullness of who God created you to be. I’ve also seen you share your tears, your struggles, and your doubts — and still come back the next day with courage in your heart. That is what makes you extraordinary.
This is your reminder: You are beautiful. You are brilliant. You are worthy. You are enough. Every single one of you is proof that we are our ancestors’ wildest dreams.
And yet — we are just getting started.
The MillionHeirs Club is not just a community. It is a movement. A movement of women committed to rewriting the story of wealth, legacy, and freedom for ourselves and for generations to come.
But to keep this alive, I need you. I need you to not just attend, but to engage. To speak. To teach. To share your knowledge, your scars, your wins. To give the gift of your wisdom to another sister who needs it. Because when you share, you give another Black woman permission to believe she can too.
As we move into year two, I want you to carry this truth: your pain does not disqualify you, it equips you. Every setback you’ve faced is fuel for the comeback you are building right now. Do not shrink. Do not dim your light. This community was created for you to shine.
I love you. I honor you. I am in awe of you. You are some of the most extraordinary women I have ever met, and I know that because of this sisterhood, we will be lifelong friends, builders, and legacy-makers.
Here’s to the next chapter of our story. Here’s to you.
With love and power,
Kimberly Goins

5 Mistakes I Made (So You Don’t Have To)
I nearly sabotaged my own community by doing everything the “gurus” said.
I watered down my message so I wouldn’t offend.
I tried to be everywhere, and burned myself out.
I focused on how it looked instead of how it worked.
And I poured into everyone but myself.
The result? I had an exhausted leader (me) and a disconnected group.
The lesson? Community isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing it with more intention. Once I shifted—charged what I was worth, led boldly, protected my energy—my community didn’t just grow, it flourished.
And when your community flourishes, so does your business, your influence, and your impact.
That’s why my keynote at The Hustle Conference, Oct 9–10 is all about turning your audience into a loyal, wealth-building movement.
