“The most valuable thing I obtained from this training was the confidence that LPS is doing things right."

For the first time, LPS performing arts leaders joined the conversation on safety for large events during a training session lead by the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security - NCS⁴. Multiple members of the LPS Athletics & Activities team learned about topics such as traffic control and crowd dynamics to make local performances safer for all patrons. They will apply their newfound knowledge when they plan, organize and conduct LPS music, theater and athletic events this year!
