Diversity and Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee This page is to promote awareness for the DEMAC of the department of Educational Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln

DEMAC's mission is to promote, encourage, and advocate for the understanding and respect of challenges faced by diverse populations within the Educational Psychology Department, College of Education and Human Sciences, the University of Nebraska, and the community at large. The purposes of DEMAC are to a) support and encourage the recruitment and retention of a diverse faculty and student body, b)

promote open dialogue related to issues of diversity through workshops, colloquia, and seminars, and c) encourage and promote high quality research related to issues of diversity at local, regional, and global levels.
