-Parents MUST have a Parent Vue Account-LINK to access.
-You can only complete the registration one time, so please fill out accurately and in it's entirety.
-Physical MUST be dated AFTER May 1st, 2022
-If Physical is REQUIRED (sports, cheer, dance) WAIT TILL YOU HAVE THE PHYSICAL SO YOU CAN UPLOAD
-In the event you can't wait, then the next best means is to email me ([email protected]) the physical. (PLEASE NO HARD COPIES)
