Block Party Volunteers Needed! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Our biggest event of the year is just around the corner! The free event, set for Friday, Sept. 18, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., is one of the highlights of the year for the Zeman community. Please consider sharing a little of your time before, during, or after the event.

Volunteer roles include:
• Running games like the Candy Walk and Soda Toss
• Assisting with bounce house obstacle courses
• Supervising self-play game areas
• Selling raffle tickets
• Helping with various event tasks as needed

The sign-up for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences is now open! 🎉

Conferences will be on October 6th and October 8th from 3:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

🖋️To sign-up, follow these steps:
1. Open ParentVue
2. Select "Conferences"
3. Select which teacher you want to schedule a meeting with
4. Select your preferred date and time
5. Select "Yes"
and you're done! 🙂

• Full-sized candy bars
• Canned soda
• Individual raffle items (see details below)

🗳️ Do you own a business or have a connection to one? For the event raffle, we are seeking donated goods, services, and gift cards to help raise money for PTO school activities and needs, including the final stage of the playground update! Please email [email protected] to let us know what items you would like to provide for the raffle.

📅 Candy, soda, and raffle items are needed by Sept. 11. They can be delivered to the office during regular school hours.

📲 If it is easier, you are more than welcome to Venmo us — and we’ll handle the rest.
