Today is the Independence Day of Bangladesh. The father of the nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman had declared the independence of Bangladesh on the very morning of 26 March 1971 after the brutal genocide committed by the then Pakistan army on unarmed civilians on the night of 25th March 1971. We have achieved our glorious freedom over the nine-month liberation war showing an example of valiance and courage against all kinds of oppression. Salute to all the martyrs and brave freedom fighters for whom we have a country of our own.
As a brave nation, we have a glorious history of survival and thrive afterward against all kinds of calamities and disasters. We believe we’ll survive and overcome the hurdle against the pandemic novel coronavirus (or Covit-19) as a nation. We’ll fight through completing our own duties and responsibilities to keep our family and friends safe and sound. If everyone does the same, we can collectively save our nation... ...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BANGLADESH
