🏛️Alumni in Action: Troy Bredenkamp ('87) spent last week at the U.S. Capitol advocating for ethanol policy with Renewable Fuels Association.
He met with congressional offices ahead of the House vote on H.R. 1346 to support permanent, year-round E15. This helps lower fuel costs for consumers while creating greater certainty for retailers, farmers, and fuel markets.
Way to live out the 13 principles at the national level, Troy! 👏🏼

Ord, Nebraska student Adam Knapp from University of Nebraska–Lincoln won 1st place in UNL’s New Venture Competition with his drone spraying business, Knapp Custom Ops LLC. 🌽
His operation provides precision ag services like fungicide, insecticide, and cover crop application for farmers in Valley County—and is already generating real traction.
He plans to return to central Nebraska after graduation and continue growing the business, using the $15,000 prize to upgrade equipment ahead of next season.

We’re proud to recognize Caleb Burnside as the inaugural recipient of the Chris Haun Memorial Ag Scholarship.
His commitment to agriculture shows up in how he leads, serves, and supports those around him. From his involvement in AGS to the way he has stepped up during challenging moments, choosing to invest in his brothers and help shape the chapter, he reflects the same character and compassion that defined Chris.
Congratulations, Caleb! 👏🏼

It’s about who you meet, and the Brotherhood you build with them.
It’s also about the standard you’re surrounded by every day, being around those who push you to keeping growing, showing up and improving.
