The Idea Lab: Think It. Map It. Pitch It. (Like a Founder)

🚀 Got an idea? Let’s make it real and irresistible 🔥
What if you could take that idea in your head…
and turn it into something clear, structured and pitch-ready in just one hour?

Join us for a high-energy session where we’ll break down how to visualize ANY idea—startup, business, or nonprofit—and turn it into something people actually understand, support and invest in.
🗓 April 7 | 5:30–6:30 PM
📍 DIGS, UNL College of Business (Howard L. Hawks Hall)

💡 What you’ll walk away with:
• A clear visual blueprint of your idea using the Business Model Canvas
• The ability to explain your idea in minutes
• A simple, powerful pitch structure you can use anywhere—class, competitions interviews
• Confidence to say: “Here’s my idea—and here’s why it matters.”

🎤 Who’s leading this?

Parviz Jamalov is an international speaker, startup ecosystem builder, and communication strategist with deep roots in entrepreneurship and innovation. He has helped founders, students and changemakers shape, refine and pitch ideas across Central Asia and beyond. Parviz co-founded the Youth Business School, founded a TOEFL Academy, helped organize major entrepreneurial platforms such as Startup Choikhona and the G5 Startup Forum, and led the first independent TEDx event in Tajikistan creating spaces where bold ideas could be built, tested and shared. He has also consulted hundreds of startupers in Central Asia on how to clarify their ideas, strengthen their messaging and present their vision with confidence

🥤 Bonus:
We’ll  definitely have drinks and possibly, snacks.

Whether you have a startup idea, a class project or just curiosity - this session is for you.
👉 Come with an idea. Leave with a strategy.
