Southwest will be closed on June 19 for Juneteenth, a federal holiday that commemorates the ending of slavery in America. Today we honor that history and celebrate the freedom, resilience, and culture of Black Americans in our school and community.

LPS students closed a series of successful academic transactions when future business professionals from Lincoln East, Lincoln Southeast and Lincoln Southwest expanded their skillsets at the DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Atlanta! Students participated in a series of business contests, leadership seminars and career exploration events during the convention, helping them build confidence and connection.
