On April 6th, Mr. Workman experienced a cardiac event at Lincoln Junior High School. Thanks to the quick actions and heroic efforts of Amber Jordan, Rhonda Dawson, Danita Steffens, Brent Bainter, and SRO Devin LaSanska, critical care was provided until local EMS and firefighters arrived on the scene.
Their calm leadership, teamwork, and lifesaving response made a tremendous difference during a very difficult moment. LESD #27 was proud to recognize these individuals with Life Saver Awards at the May 13th Board of Education Meeting. We sincerely thank them for their courage, compassion, and dedication to the safety and well-being of others.
