Lovely gelding with miles in the rated jumpers up .80’s and Beginner Novice eventing. Has been shown by young juniors and AA riders alike.
Shows scope for the .90’s / training level eventing. Prefers a confident and bold rider and truly thrives in a full program.
Currently located in Northern California.
Lower mid 5’s starting with a 4️⃣5️⃣
Motivated seller, will also consider paid lease in a competitive and approved program.

ISO - Assistant / Groom 5 days / week

Boutique training program in Lincoln, CA is seeking assistant / groom to fill 5 day / week position. Eventing and dressage focused program that is 50/50 split, half lesson and training clients half and sales consignment horses.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 2:30pm.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Candidates should have previous grooming, riding and preferably showing experience in competitive English disciplines.

Must be organized, self sufficient, friendly, efficient worker, and RELIABLE. Someone who is confident and educated enough to jump in and help pivot when things need to be adjusted.

Duties:

Managing turnouts schedules

Grooming / tacking/ untacking

Lunging - must be willing to learn proper lunging skills.

Hacking

Tack cleaning

General barn tidying

Packing and unpacking for shows

Possible lesson teaching opportunities for qualified candidate.

Also opportunity for 1 full time working student (compensation is board for 1 horse and full training / lessons, no housing available)

*Pay is based on experience and qualifications.*
