Hi, Sheridan Families!

There is still time to donate to our Give to Lincoln Day campaign! The Sheridan PTO is planning to install a permanent art sculpture to honor our 100th birthday.

Now through May 28, every donation goes even farther thanks to matching funds from Give to Lincoln Day and the Lincoln Community Foundation sponsors.

Our goal is to raise $10,000... and every gift helps!

Whether you give $10 or $500, you are helping us celebrate 100 years of Sheridan in a meaningful and lasting way.

We are so excited to invite all of our K-5 families to a night of fun at Haymarket Park on Thursday, May 21st. This is a wonderful chance to connect outside the classroom and enjoy a Saltdogs game together as a school community.

Special Event: During the 7th-inning stretch, all Sheridan students are invited to the concourse to lead the stadium in singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame!"

We can't wait to see our students representing Sheridan at the stadium. See you there! 🌭⚾️

Fun kickoff to Staff Appreciation Week with the sunshine cart of snacks and drinks!

Just a friendly reminder that Staff Appreciation Week is this week! This is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together and show gratitude for the incredible teachers and staff at Sheridan who work so hard every day to support our students.

Dinner is solved! 🥪 Skip the cooking after the Color Run & Outdoor Classroom Clean Up event and let Subway take care of it for you.

For just $7, you get a fresh 4" sandwich, chips, a cookie, and water. And the best part? $1 from every meal goes directly back to the Sheridan PTO!

Batter up, Sheridan families! ⚾️ Join us for Community Night at the Lincoln Saltdogs game on Thursday, May 21st!

All K-5 students & families are welcome. Plus, our students will be leading the 7th-inning stretch sing-along! 🎤 Grab your tickets and let’s play ball!

On the same night as the Color Run (Friday, May 8th), the PTO is also hosting a Spring Garden Wake-Up in our Outdoor Classroom just across the parking lot!

We need all hands on deck to pull weeds, collect leaves, and prep our garden beds for spring planting.

Whether you ran the Color Run or are just stopping by to help, everyone is welcome to join this community effort. If you aren't joining the race, just meet us at the garden between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

We will have a limited supply of tools on-site; if you have your own gloves, trowels, shears, or pruners, please bring them along!

Get ready to bring the color! 🎨 We need volunteers to make our Color Run on May 8th a success. (Middle & high schoolers are welcome to volunteer with their family!)

Come help us with setup, color stations, or cleanup. 🌈
