Wrapping up the week and kicking off summer fun.
With school-age friends starting summer break, we’re looking forward to a season full of hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, creativity, and lots of opportunities to learn through play.
Wishing all of our families a wonderful weekend — we can’t wait for all the memories this summer will bring!

Big adventures for little feet.
Climbing, sliding, running, and chasing friends are more than just fun — they help children practice important large motor movements and build strength, balance, and coordination.
Outdoor play gives our littles opportunities to challenge themselves, explore new skills, and gain confidence one step (and one slide!) at a time.

Friendly reminder
World of Knowledge will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, as we take time to honor and remember those who have served and sacrificed.

Little movements lead to big milestones.
Reaching, stretching, and exploring may look simple, but these moments are helping build important skills. Activities like reaching for toys encourage balance, coordination, muscle development, and curiosity as babies learn more about the world around them.
We support each little learner at their own pace — celebrating every milestone along the way.

Getting a little messy means a lot of learning .
Our littles explored sensory enrichment by mixing shaving cream and paint to create “mud” for their animal friends. Activities like this encourage hands-on exploration while engaging the senses through texture, creativity, and imaginative play.
Sensory experiences help children build fine motor skills, curiosity, and confidence — one squishy adventure at a time.

“Why Don’t You Do Worksheets?”
This is a question we are often asked.
And the answer is simple…
Because that’s not how young children learn best.
This Is Why…
In early childhood, learning is not about sitting still, filling in blanks, or
completing papers.
It’s about experiencing, exploring, and engaging with the world around them.
Worksheets may show what a child can trace or copy…
but they don’t show true understanding.
What Learning Looks Like in Our School
Instead of worksheets, you will see children:
•Building, creating, and problem-solving
•Talking, questioning, and thinking out loud
•Playing alongside others and learning how to navigate friendships
•Exploring hands-on materials that spark curiosity
•Moving, imagining, and discovering
These are not just activities…
These are the moments where real learning happens.

We are a little behind on congratulating Miss Lori for 5 years with World of Knowledge!
And Our west location was also 5 years old on the 10th!
