I didn't walk into this marketing internship as a "marketer." I walked in as a student who liked making content.

Class Intercom helped me see the difference between posting for fun and storytelling with purpose. I even got a front row seat to a total rebrand, an experience most people don't get this early on.

Now I'm headed back to school in Rhode Island for the year, but the experience I gained through this internship is staying with me.

If you're a student content creator right now, you already probably have great instincts for what engages people. This internship taught me how to point them somewhere that matters.

Kalen the summer intern, here. Listen, I didn't think about my "digital footprint" until way later than I should've.

Turns out digital citizenship isn't just some buzzword. It's becoming one of the most important skills for students to learn right now: How you communicate across platforms, how you show up online, what you post... it all adds up. If you're an educator, you get to help students learn these skills before it's a problem, not after.
