We are so proud of our RET from Metropolitan Community College (Nebraska), Kendra Sibbernsen, and her students who won the Student Spaceflight Experiments Program (SSEP) competition to send a payload to the International Space Station. They'll travel to Florida this summer to see it launch!
Destination: International Space Station
If you saw the northern lights this year in Nebraska, you experienced a rare occurrence that only happens during periods of intense solar activity. A team of three Metropolitan Community College students plan to explore that activity by sending a micro-gravity experiment to the International Space S...

We are thrilled to have received a new grant through the NSF’s EPSCoR program! It will allow us to continue to provide instrumentation for materials science that can be used by universities, industries, and institutions across the country. Fun fact: We were the 1st to offer a commercial nitrogen vacancy low temperature scanning microscope in the United States!
