Wednesday check in, how has your week gone? Support your child's capacity to express how they are feeling with books featuring emotions and coping skills. From classics such as "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" to newer books like "Grumpy Monkey" or "The Impatient Caterpillar" kids learn through stories how to identify and properly express what they feel.
