Senior Kasique Nowling is one of two TMFD students showing at Lincoln Fashion Weekend's 2026 runway show, and here is what she has to say about it:

"My 10-look collection for LFW has been in the works for about a year, building off some of my earlier class designs and slowly turning into something more focused and meaningful. This collection is heavily inspired by the bridal landscape, but more about leaning into non-traditional, anti-bridal ideas while still keeping a sense of one's individuality. Throughout the collection, I focused on combining unique textures and more modern textile techniques with heirloom-like elements, finding a balance of familiarity and newness. These pieces feel so personal to me and who I've become throughout this program, and I'm so excited to represent this department at Lincoln Fashion Weekend!" - Kasique Nowling

Senior Ana Zamburek is one of two TMFD students showing at Lincoln Fashion Weekend's 2026 runway show, and here is what she has to say about it:

"My 5-look collection for Lincoln Fashion Week is a curated selection of some of the pieces I feel most connected to as a designer. It brings together three past designs alongside two new ones, all chosen because they still represent who I am today and the direction I want to continue growing in. Each look is rooted in my personal essence—where I come from, the cultures that shape me, and the small, meaningful details that have surrounded me throughout my life. Whether they evoke a specific feeling, memory, or occasion, every piece tells part of that story." -Ana Zamburek
