The Alpha Tau Chapter of Beta Theta Pi was established at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1888 nearly fifty years after Beta Theta Pi was founded in 1839. Among the great old fraternities, Beta Theta Pi was established on August 8, 1839 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Have extra unopened supplies? Stop by the Union Plaza from 10-2 on Thursday, April 27th and help us support Voices of Hope. The men of Beta will be holding a donation drive collecting supplies such as deodorant, shampoo, socks, flip flops, reusable water bottles, and backpacks to benefit those affected by sexual assault and abuse.
