Tomorrow (Wednesday Sept. 18) is Wacky Olympics! Students who came and signed up to participate please be sure to turn in your permission form! Forgot it or lost it? I’ve attached it in photo form, hopefully you can print and have it filled out to bring with you or turn in to me at school tomorrow! Thanks!

Just a couple of things

1st we want to thank all the kids that came out to work on the float and all the great ideas and creativity they showed! They did outstanding and we could not be more proud of what they accomplished!! Thank you all so much!!

2nd The class shirts are in please stop and see coach Rohrer tomorrow if you ordered one!

3rd If you got all your hours (or are close) please see coach Rohrer tomorrow to let her know if you want to participate in wacky and what event(s) you’d prefer to do. We can’t promise you’ll get your request but we will do our best! If you didn’t get a ton of hours wacky is fun even if you’re cheering on the sidelines come out and enjoy with your classmates!

4th Thank you to the parents for dropping off and picking up kids. Thank you to Paul Turner and East Lincoln Township for allowing us to use East Lincoln Township garage to build! Thank you to Mark Richmond for donating all the wood used to build our float! Thank you to Erin Miller for being willing to drive us in the parade! Thank you to Rohrer Family Farms for allowing us to use their trailer! Thank you to those who donated food, drinks, and extra supplies! Thank you to all the kids that fundraised and to the community for purchasing and supporting LCHS class of 2022! We couldn’t have done what we did without all of you!

Update:
5th If you are planning on walking in the parade stop to see Miss Hopp tomorrow (Rm 100) she will add your name to our list! Please bring candy to throw, the dollar store usually has large bags of candy at a decent price. 😊

Can’t wait for everyone to see what our kids accomplished! It was a true team effort! 🔨✂️🏆

Sophomore float building is cancelled for today Friday, September 13. Our last day to build will be Sunday, September 15 beginning at 1:30pm until we finish.

Happy Friday! We have 3 announcements for the day. 1. Fundraising 2. Float Building 3. Class T-shirt’s

1. All fundraising money was due yesterday. If you have not turned in your fundraising you must do that by Tuesday September 3. If we don’t have the money / left over coozies we will give your names to the school Wednesday September 4.

2. We will start float building September 4, 2019. The theme is holidays and sophomores have Christmas.
We will be building at East Lincoln Township garage.
The address is: 1913 N. Kickapoo.
I will post a calendar in the next post with dates and times for float building.

3. Class T-shirt’s are available to order. All orders will be placed and paid for online, please save your receipt. When you order the shirt it will tell you that you need to pick them up. You DO NOT do this, shirts will get delivered to the high school and will be passed out. Orders are due September 5, 2019. We will wear them in the parade, but they’re not required.

Hey class of 2022! We hope the start of your school year has been outstanding!

Homecoming will be here before we know it!! We’re looking forward to float building and all homecoming activities!!

Reminder there is a class meeting tomorrow, Thursday August 22 at 7:30am in the back gym. We will be discussing homecoming, float building, and fundraising. If you miss the meeting and want to participate please see Coach Rohrer in the gym at some point in the day tomorrow! Thanks so much!

Good morning class of 2022! On Friday, May 24, 2019 at 7:45am in the cardio room we will have a quick meeting to discuss homecoming next year and fundraising. The homecoming theme is holidays and we have Christmas. It will be up to you to come up with ideas for what you want your float to look like. Start thinking about it, we know you will have some very creative and great ideas!

Study hard for finals and finish the year strong! You’re almost done with your first year of high school!! Congratulations!! 🎉
