Social work is community. It’s collective care, shared wisdom, and the belief that progress happens when we move together.
That’s why we built a dedicated community space for social work leaders who want to connect, ask questions, share wins, and navigate challenges in good company.
If you’re looking for:
✔ Peers who understand the realities of leadership
✔ Space for honest conversation about our profession
✔ Resources, discussions, and year-round opportunities
…this community was built for you. And you belong in the conversation.

This month, we celebrate Black History Month. From MLK to Audre Lorde to the youth of today, change is inspired through the work of everyday people.
As social workers, we recognize the history of Black Americans and the inequality still faced today. As leaders and managers, we strive to continue breaking down barriers and creating systemic change. As people, we honor that black history, liberation, and joy are to be celebrated every month.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the enduring call to build a more just and compassionate community.
For social work managers, MLK Day is not only a commemoration, it is a leadership charge: to translate values into systems, policies, and daily decisions that expand dignity, opportunity, and safety for the communities we serve and the workforce we lead.
May we keep moving the dream forward; through courageous leadership, practical action, and collective responsibility.
