We had a wonderful meeting today and D**g Vo was presented with his Certificate of Completion (virtually) for Level 2 of Presentation Mastery. CONGRATULATIONS D**G!!

We've had two very members over the past few weeks.

Diana Rongish, a new member this year, earned her Certificate of Completion in Presentation Mastery Level 1.

Yolanda Colin earned her Certificate of Completion in Dynamic Leadership Level 3.

Today, I am working on a theme for another club meeting later in the week. Where do I start? I suggest keeping it fun and simple and something that you can easily talk about. Clubs may only use a few minutes on the theme but it can add some fun and give the meeting a cohesive feel. Give it a try!

Norma G gave her last speech in her first path yesterday. She gained a remarkable amount of confidence since she joined the club. Congratulations on this major milestone!!

Speaking up in a meeting in a confident manner is a great skill you can learn and practice in a Toastmaster meeting.

Just a reminder that we are meeting using zoom. We are not meeting at SECC at this time due to the pandemic. Hopefully that will change in a few weeks. Contact me if you want to visit the club.

We had our first in person meeting at the college today with online attendance via Zoom. Our goal was for those on Zoom to be able to hear and see anyone speaking and those in person to see those on Zoom. The interaction seems important for a successful meeting. Using just one 17 inch laptop the meeting went well. Thanks for those who participated so patiently. Gratitude was the Word of Day and our speaker spoke about leadership styles.

We continue to meet every Wednesday using Zoom. Members are doing speeches and learning to sharing their screen to display Power Point Slides. Lots of learning going on and having fun too. Guests always welcome.

We are continuing to meet using Zoom. We have most but not quite all of our members in the virtual meeting. Time to practice again and have some fun. Very proud of this group.
