Meet Coach Josiah, one of our newest trainers at TFL!!

❔when and why did you join the gym?
I joined in the summer of 2024 mainly because my wife and I tried the planet fitness route and realized we had only gone 4 times in 6 months

❔what is your favorite thing about TFL?
I love that I can walk into the gym and feel welcomed and at home even if I’m not bringing a lot of energy that day


❔favorite workout?
I love any time we get to add variations to a common lift (like deficit deadlifts, tempo backsquats etc)


❔Advice for warriors, new and old?
Keep showing up! Consistency builds consistency

Meet Ethan- one of our newest Trainers at TFL!!

❔: when and why did you join the gym!
Ethan: I joined TFL in June 2022 - wow time flies! I joined because I had a friend encourage me to do something hard to create meaningful change in my life, and I haven’t looked back.

❔: what is your favorite thing about TFL?
Ethan: Working out with an encouraging group of people who extend grace early and often makes tough stuff easier. It’s the simple formula of why TFL is worth it.

❔: favorite workout?
Ethan: Work outs with rest built in 😂

❔: advice for warriors?
Ethan: The long journey of physical wellness is the core idea of TFL. I love most that you can show up as you are and work out in the way that makes sense to you knowing your body.
