Lincoln Community High School Foundation Welcome to the official page of the Lincoln Community High School Foundation. Foundation goals include:

1.

Provide enrichment programs, activities and facilities that offer students opportunities to excel.
2. Provide students with expanded services in areas such as career counseling, study skills development and other academic needs.
3. Provide resources for the acquistion and implementation of advanced educational technology in areas such as telecommunications.
4. Provide opportunities for enhancing s

tudent appreciation and skill levels in the fine arts.
5. Provide resources to teachers and staff for the development of innovative ideas and programs within the school environment.
6. Recognize outstanding achievments and contributions by members of the educational community.
7. Provide opportunities and resources for the ongoing professional development of staff and teachers.
8. Provide a vehicle for organizations and individuals to share resources with LCHS for the purpose of enriching and expanding learning opportunities.
9. Promote knowledge and awareness about educational challenges and opportunities both within and outside the community.

Exciting news!

The LCHS Foundation is excited to announce the release of our 2027 Wall Calendar.

The calendar will be available for a minimum $15.00 donation to the LCHS Foundation. All donations go towards supporting our various programs, including: scholarships, dual credit and AP test reimbursements, extra-curricular sponsorships, and our Weekend Backpack Program, which assists students who may be experiencing food insecurities.

The calendar will be available on October 2nd at the LCHS homecoming football game. Find us under the pavilion by concessions.

Attention LCHS Class of 2026: Please remember to return your LCHS Foundation scholarship award sheet, along with appropriate accompanying documentation by August 1st in order to receive your scholarship funds. Many of you may not have this information to return by that date due to your institute not releasing statements until later. If you fall in that category and have not yet notified The Foundation, please email [email protected] to do so.

PRESS RELEASE April 23, 2026

The Lincoln Community High School Foundation has been created to enrich lifelong learning programs and provide educational opportunities for LCHS students. The Foundation provides funds beyond the normal operating budget for community educational programs not available through tax revenues. The Foundation is a non-profit, independent organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are business and professional members of the community with a commitment to education.
The Lincoln Community High School Foundation Board of Directors has reviewed this year’s applicants and has made their scholarship selections from the Senior Class of 2026.

Winners are:
The James E. Heinzel Scholarship (4 years tuition @ ISU rate) will be awarded to Mia Clark.

The Arthur and Luella Gimbel Scholarship ($5,000) will be awarded to Calvin Aukamp.

The LeRoy Allison Memorial Scholarship ($3,000) will be awarded to Kyli Lund.

The LeRoy Allison Memorial Technical Trade Scholarship ($2,000) will be awarded to Brooklyn Curry.

The Jason Jones Memorial Scholarship ($2,000) will be awarded to Mia Clark.

The LCHS Career & Technical Education Scholarship ($2,500) will be awarded to Brooklyn Curry.

The Debra L. Bree Memorial Scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded to Elijah Crawford.

The Lincoln Community High School Foundation Scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded to Lakin Adams, Calvin Aukamp, Mary Bauer, Myah Bowman, Rachel Boyd, Jada Bree, Elijah Crawford, Brooklyn Curry, Sarah Dahmm, Dabria Dalpoas, Avery Davenport, Adalyn Farmer, Carson Fuiten, Makia Hassebrock, Karson, Komnick, Garrett Lacefield, Austin Lucas, Kyli Lund, Kelsey Marten, Arrington Mauhar, Mesa McCloud, Chloe McFadden, T.J. Morris, Eli Roemer, Grace Schneider, Jenna Shaffer, Morgan Sheley, Mckinlee Stoltzenburg, Lauren Tedrick, Kaylee Thomas, and Jacob Wilson.

The James B. Maxwell Educational Memorial Scholarship ($500) will be awarded to Dabria Dalpoas.
