Hitting- Learn the most important fundamentals of hitting, learn how to speed up your hits and make the ball dive down with a crazy good snap.

First Contact- Learn the basic mechanics of a quiet platform on serve receive so that you have more control. Additionally, learn how to create a powerful, fast flat serve.

I am so unbelievably proud of these amazing young ladies. Throughout the whole season, we have forced them to step outside of their comfort zones and do the unthinkable. For the past 3 and a half months, these girls have shown IMMENSE improvement. With hard work and discipline, we finished the season undefeated, with a 22-0 record. I was so happy to coach these players, and I am certain that they will go on to do great things.

Here are your 2026 Eastside JVA Tournament Champions.
What an incredible group of girls we have. The season record now stands at 17-0. We played 6 matches in 2 days against some very solid competition and won every game in 2 sets. The championship game was a thriller against the best team we’ve played this season, but hard work and perseverance got us over the finish line and gave us our 3rd consecutive championship. Lex and I continue to be impressed by their commitment to the process and their tremendous drive to succeed. A big shout out to all the parents that continue to support us. We couldn’t do it without you.

These amazing ladies are now 11-0!!!

We had about 2 weeks in between this tournament and our last. We analyzed our players mechanics through game footage, and then got busy on making their biomechanical changes through various drills.

Lex and I are super proud of these girls!! They work so hard and I can’t wait to see how our next tournament goes.

I am so unbelievably PROUD of these girls.

When Lexie and I began putting this team together in November, we decided that all we needed to ask for was positive attitudes, effort, and determination. If the players could give us that, we could handle the rest, and that is exactly what they did.

We asked these players to fully devote themselves to this team. We wanted 3 practices a week, and up to 3 hours per practice. Not a single player had objections. We could tell how much they wanted to improve and grow.

The beginning was rocky. All players swung their arms to the ball, couldn’t get 5 serves over in a row, and didn’t understand basic hitting fundamentals.

We worked their butts off.

By our first tournament the improvements were unmatched.

We served at a 98% day 1 and 100% day 2

All of our hitters where hitting over a 400%

We ended up wining the first tournament. Lex and I cannot express how proud I am of this group.
