Lincoln Taekwondo Academy founded in 2019 under Chief Instructor Landon Mitchell. LTA teaches Traditional Taekwondo honoring the ancient Korean Martial Art and also teaches Sport Taekwondo. blocks of Taekwondo and gives the student a very good understanding of the Martial Art, its history and helps develop your mind, body and spirit. letic type training like any other sport where basic exercises are applied such as running, sprinting, pushups, situps, legwork, kicking paddles. It's designed for both students who want to compete in tournaments/competition and students who are looking for that good workout to help you achieve any fitness goal you have. Lincoln Taekwondo Academy can help you build your kids confidence and work on their behavior but not only that. Your child will make friends. feel the accomplishment of reaching a goal and HAVE FUN! A Week later but last weekend Lincoln Taekwondo Academy traveled to Overland Park, KS for the Kansas Open Taekwondo Championships.
