Alhumdulillah, All Praise Due to G-d! I’m grateful and humbly accept the nomination be part of the inaugural 40 Under 40 Class at Lincoln University. This honor means a lot to me as Lincoln played integral part of my story and development as a servant leader. From being home school K-6th grade by my parents, being enrolled in Clara Muhammad School of Queens a historic legacy institution (oldest independent private Muslim African American school system) to the halls of Frederick Douglass Hall at Lincoln University (the first degree granting HBCU). The journey has been filled with lessons and experiences. Second part of this announcement coming on September 1st. Looking forward to celebrating with you and the rest of this inaugural class on Friday October 23rd HC weekend.

She is going through serious personal family issues which has caused financial struggles and housing instability. Currently she is not able to return to Lincoln because of past balances. We are living in a historic moment for Lincoln University. Just yesterday, we proudly celebrated the University’s 172nd Founders Day—and from October 18–25, we will commemorate 100 years of the cherished Lincoln Homecoming

What better way to honor this legacy than by investing in its future?

As alumni and supporters, we have a powerful opportunity to sustain and strengthen Lincoln for generations of future Lions. The goal is clear: to close out the year with 1,854 donors, each contributing at any level. Every gift—no matter the amount—moves the University forward.

I’m proud to share that I’ve accepted the challenge by committing as a monthly donor to the 1854 Promise Fund—an initiative that directly supports:
• Need-based scholarships for students
• Internship and co-curricular opportunities
• Faculty and staff development
• Critical digital infrastructure advancements

This fund ensures that Lincoln remains competitive, innovative, and accessible for all who walk its historic grounds.
