Let's talk about quiet quitting and how until this current spin it was called "just doing your job and not trying to climb the ladder" For those of us who did climb the ladder, it's just as the games. The higher you get the more people trying to knock you down, pitfalls to avoid and many unforseen chutes which leave you back at square one. Employers want diehard loyalty but many can't be bothered to honor your basic humanity.

Did you know that stress is as hard on your body as being a co***ne addict? We get all of these messages from society to push ourselves harder but sometimes we need to act smarter and enjoy life rather than push harder.

Remember the parable of the ant and the grasshopper? The ant did a little bit every day to meet it's goal while the grasshopper pushed itself hard at the very end and failed.

Simple disciplines compounded over a period of time yield tremendous results.
