This page was in no way intended to replace or challenge the official Heritage Hills High School Athletics page. The people behind getting it started and continuing it have done a great job. As someone who has been a Heritage Hills alum, athlete, and sports journalist, I see this page as being a place where we all can respectfully talk about the athletics programs in Lincoln City. Of course it will take time, but I hope to see participation grow. Reporting, conversing, and lively debate... But for those of us who see the value in student athletics and other activities, we can highlight the accomplishments of students, players, coaches, administrators and programs in a respectful way on this platform.
