Allen Lima Leadership

Leadership Tip: Lead with curiosity.

Strong leaders don’t enter every room believing they already have the answers.
They ask thoughtful questions.
They listen.
They seek perspectives different from their own.
And they stay open to what they can learn.
This week, challenge yourself to ask one more question before offering an answer.

Community leadership starts with understanding the place you call home.

It means learning about the industries that drive our economy, the organizations serving our neighbors and the challenges and opportunities shaping our future.

At Allen Lima Leadership, we believe stronger community knowledge helps create stronger community leaders.

How well do you really know the community you call home?
Allen Lima Leadership gives participants opportunities to step outside their everyday roles, build new relationships and experience Lima and Allen County from new perspectives.

It’s more than leadership development. It’s an opportunity to better understand the community you have the power to impact.

Leadership isn’t just about a title. It’s about showing up, staying curious and being willing to learn from the people and community around you.

For the Allen Lima Leadership Class of 2027, that journey is officially underway. Over the months ahead, participants will explore the organizations, industries and people that help shape Lima and Allen County.

We can’t wait to take you along for the journey.
