Ohio State Lima

Congratulations to Ohio State Lima’s 2026 Homecoming Royals, Keerthi Merugu and Malachi Talbert, and our incredible Homecoming Court Anden Blankemeyer, Makinley Jarrett and Emily Pocza!
Our Lima court had an unforgettable weekend in Columbus celebrating Buckeye spirit:
• Attended the coronation ceremony alongside the courts from all of Ohio State’s campuses
• Rode in the 114th Homecoming Parade
• Cheered on the Buckeyes at the Homecoming Game in the ‘Shoe!

Thank you all for representing Ohio State Lima with such pride, passion and leadership.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to support the Buckeye Pantry open house! We were also thrilled to host a special visit from our partners at West Ohio Food Bank for a produce distribution.

A reminder to our students, faculty and staff: Buckeye Pantry is here for you with free, reliable access to fresh food, personal care essentials, and grooming items. Stop by the Student Services Center and check it out!

Great to have Dr. Melissa Shivers, vice president for Student Life, and her associate VP Ryan Lovell, visit the Ohio State Lima campus!

Doc Shivers met with staff across student life, student success, outreach and disability services, touring many of the campus spaces she’s heard so much about. She left inspired by how much impact our team delivers for our 860+ students, and is excited to see how some of Lima’s successful programs can be adapted on a larger scale in Columbus!

Thank you, Doc Shivers, for stopping by and celebrating the amazing work happening right here in Lima!
