Pleasant Precision, Inc. is hiring a full-time CNC Lathe Machinist in Kenton, Ohio. The position pays $21–$28 per hour and involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes and other machining equipment to produce tight-tolerance components.

Primary responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, programming CNC equipment, using precision measuring instruments, conducting quality inspections, maintaining machinery, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting process improvements.

Candidates should have experience with CNC programming, lathes, milling, tooling, machining, mechanical systems, and precision measuring instruments. Experience operating Okuma CNC lathes is preferred. Relevant associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, and certificates are accepted.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our alumna, Emma Rose, a member of the Class of 2023, OTA.

On behalf of Rhodes State College Alumni, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, classmates, and all who knew and loved her. Though her time was far too short, we hope her memory will continue to live on through the lives she touched.
