The UNOH Fall Career Fair is coming Thursday, October 15, and we’re building one of our biggest Career Fairs yet.

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
UNOH Event Center | Lima, Ohio

Students and alumni will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers representing industries including:

Every day, we work with students preparing to take that next step.

Some are searching for their first internship.

Some are preparing for their first professional interview.

Some are graduating and wondering where they'll land.

And some simply need someone willing to give them a chance.

That's where our community comes in.

You never know who in your network is hiring, who knows a business looking for its next great employee, or who has an opportunity that could completely change the direction of a student's career.

So we're asking for your help.

“Be curious, not judgmental.”

If you’ve watched Ted Lasso, you probably remember that line.

And I think curiosity is a pretty good way to approach recruiting, too.

Maybe you’ve heard of the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH), but you’re not quite sure what programs we offer or where you'd fit in with our students.

Maybe you know UNOH for Motorsports, Automotive, Diesel, or High Performance, but didn’t realize we also have students studying Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain & Logistics, Sports Marketing & Management, Healthcare, Robotics & Automation, HVAC/R & Facility Maintenance, and more.

Maybe your company isn’t hiring today, so attending a Career Fair hasn’t really been on your radar.

I’d encourage you to be curious...

Our UNOH Fall Career Fair is Thursday, October 15, and we’re continuing to add employers who want to connect with our students and alumni.

You don't need 20 open positions to make attending worthwhile. You don't even need 1...

Come introduce students to your company. Tell them what you do. Talk about the careers they may not even know exist. Build some familiarity with your organization NOW so that when an opportunity does become available, students already know your name.
