Forever in my heart indeed ❤️. Thank you all for my sendoff yesterday! It truly was bittersweet. Thank you Joanne for giving me the opportunity to work for Shawnee Children’s Program 15 years ago. A time in my life when I needed change. I very much appreciate all that you do for us. Thank you to SCP Board members for your generosity and encouragement. To Kay and Sally for being there to celebrate me and the most generous gifts and ice cream. Thank you to my colleagues, my friends for the years of support, laughs, endless talks and just being there. We all owe Joanne so much for her most gracious generosity and understanding. I don’t think she gets enough credit for doing all that she does for SCP and her employees. To the parents, thank you for all the special gifts and cards. It means the world to me. Thank you for trusting me with your child. Watching them grow, learn and play has filled my heart through the years. I had the honor of going to graduations of a couple boys I had in my preschool class. That was a full circle experience. And to the children of Shawnee Children’s Program each one of you holds a very special place in my heart. You have made my heart full ❤️. It’s not goodbye though, I will be seeing you again 🥰
