Yashido Sambo and Karate

Yashido Sambo and Karate Strike, Throw, Grapple! Yashido Karate and Sambo launched in 2015 as Shidokan NC as a Grass Roots Club, under Sensei Richard Trammell from Atlanta, Georgia.

We have a passion for bare knuckle karate, while maintaining our early tradition of Muay Thai Kickboxing. All of our coaches are avid grapplers and we are an Affiliate of Grizzly Sambo and Jiujitsu, as well as a member of Southeastern Sambo Association, led by coach Ben Rothrock. What makes us different? We take pride in being Triathlon Combat Athletes. We Strike, we throw, we grapple! We now are called Yashido Sambo and Karate!
