Today, we remember and celebrate the life and legacy of Dolly Parton, not only a beloved artist, but also a philanthropist and champion for children.

Through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, her love of books and belief in the power of childhood literacy have reached millions of children around the world, including families right here in Harnett County. As we remember and celebrate her incredible life, let's continue to honor her legacy by promoting childhood literacy, nurturing young imaginations, and helping every child discover the magic found within the pages of a book.

Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the memories, and the immeasurable impact you've made on generations of children. Your legacy will continue to inspire little readers and turn pages for generations to come. 📚❤️

Rallying Together for a Winning School Year! 🏆📚
Harnett County NC Pre-K Lead Teachers kicked off the new school year with a Back-to-School Pep Rally recently at the HCPC Training Center.

Five teams rotated through five training stations focused on best practices and “game changers” for the year ahead. From professional learning to team building and plenty of laughter, our teachers worked together to create their championship playbook for a successful year! Here’s to a winning year of learning, growth, and endless possibilities for our NC Pre-K students!
