Preschool Classroom Support Teacher
Hours - 6:15am to 3:00pm
Noble Early Learning is looking for a dependable, patient, and caring individual to join our team! This position will work primarily in our preschool classroom, alongside two other teachers, providing additional classroom support and helping children successfully navigate behaviors, emotions, routines, and daily activities.
We are looking for someone who is calm, cool, and collected, especially during challenging moments. Our ideal candidate understands that young children are still learning how to communicate, regulate their emotions, and interact with others. We need someone who can remain patient, positive, and consistent while helping children work through those big feelings.
While this position will primarily support our preschool classroom, flexibility is very important. You may be asked to assist in our infant or toddler classrooms when additional coverage or support is needed.
What You’ll Do:
* Work alongside two other teachers in the preschool classroom
* Provide additional support with challenging behaviors and emotional regulation
* Build positive, trusting relationships with children
* Use calm, positive, and age-appropriate guidance
* Assist with classroom routines, activities, meals, transitions, and supervision
* Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
* Communicate and work as a team with other teachers and administration
* Be willing to assist in the infant and toddler classrooms as needed

Experience working with young children is preferred, especially experience with preschool-aged children and positive behavior guidance.
