Bridget Dawn's Studio of Performing Arts

It is our intention to guide our students through the performing arts by knowledgeable and loving teachers.

We are a performing arts studio based in Ligonier, Pa., providing quality instruction in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, pom pom, voice, creative movement and drama. We will give all that we have and all that we know to our students hoping that we can share in their development as performers. s and the community. We want students of all ages and abilities to achieve their individual potential in a fun, safe, personal and learning atmosphere. Bridget Dawn’s Studio of Performing Arts, is strongly based upon the development of team work, self-discipline, technique, terminology, flexibility and having fun. Our goal is to stimulate our student’s understanding of movement, creativity and performance skills. Bridget Dawn’s Studio of Performing Arts strives to provide the best performing arts education possible for every student while balancing fun and structured learning in classes. We hope to give our students the joy and happiness that performing has given us throughout our lives. We use our training, experience and our creativity to give our students and families the quality instruction, performances and experiences that each child deserves.

💔 Our BDS studio family is heartbroken.
There are simply no words to express how deeply saddened we are by the loss of Angela Leonard.

Being her dance instructor — even before BDS — and then watching her grow into a wonderful young woman and student teacher at BDS was truly an honor. Through proms, weddings, and as our “resident flower lady,” Angela never really left the studio.

Watching her become the incredible mom to Mason, Parker, Autumn, and Timmy was such a joy. She was so proud to become a BDS dance mom, sharing her love of dance with Autumn.

Over the years, she became so much more than a student — she was a dear friend. Angela will be greatly missed, never forgotten, and always a part of our BDS family.

Our thoughts, prayers, and love go out to Adam, the kids, Deb, Christina, Tommy, her parents, and all of her friends and family who loved her so very much. 💙

Our student teachers are talented, kind, and dedicated! While they each will have their regular classes to assist with, they’ll also rotate classes throughout the season especially during busy extracurricular times. We’re so lucky to have them!
