I messed up.

I wanted to show the difference between a regular banneton and a Bulka Bannetons | Bread Proofing Baskets but I overproofed the loaves so they came out incredibly misshapen.

It happens to us all and while the recovering perfectionist in me hates it, I hope showing it gives you some hope.

It’s all just part of it 🤷🏽‍♀️
