At the water polo game today at Adlai Stephenson, it was interesting to see the variety of food served in the concession area. Besides chips and soda, they also had pasta, Caesar salad, and cut up vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli). Volunteers are not just serving junk food customers, but healthy ones too.
