Thursdays at 7:00, develop your strategies to use jiu-jitsu against striking in the clinch and elsewhere. Taught by whose long background in jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts gives you access to techniques that work.
You’ll likely see some of us at open mat at the mothership at 11:00am@on New Year’s Day, however.
