Our students loved getting to read Green Eggs and Ham together this afternoon. They even got to check out their very own books! Thank you to Mrs Turner for making this possible!

Our final Senior Spotlight is on Landon McCarson!

Landon is a kindhearted student with some impressive dance moves! He enjoys having fun at school studying and learning about different holidays. Landon loves to learn about science and participating in science projects.
Landon’s favorite memory from his time at Liberty is doing art projects with his classmates!

After graduation, Landon hopes to pursue a job working at the YMCA with his Dad!

Congratulations, Landon! You will be missed! Never forget that you will always be a part of the LIFE family! ❤️

Our next Senior Spotlight is on Nadalie Hayes!

Nadalie is a sweetheart who will dazzle you with her incredible fashion sense and beautiful singing voice! Nadalie’s favorite thing about school is getting to hang out with all of her friends. Her favorite subject to learn about in school is science. Nadalie’s favorite memory of school is getting to be a cheerleader during a Pep Rally earlier this school year!

After graduation, Nadalie plans to travel all over with her family and work with her Mom!

Our next Senior Spotlight is on Haley Marchbanks!

Haley is a kind, hardworking student who especially enjoys listening to and looking at all kinds of books. Her favorite memory from her time in the LIFE program is getting to play with her best friend, Isaac. Haley is someone that you can always count on for a fist bump!

Upon graduation, Haley will be participating in the DDSN day program where her independence will be supported through structured activities!

Our next Senior Spotlight is on Matthew! Matthew has a huge heart and enjoys being a helping hand. He especially loves to dust the library! Matthew’s favorite subject is geography, and his favorite memory from high school is of going on the LIFE program fishing trip to the Vulcan Quarry!

After graduation, Matthew plans to live at home with his family and continue pursuing his career as a professional duster!

Our next senior spotlight is on Allie Rollins!

Allie is a happy, helpful student who enjoys spending time with her friends. She has especially enjoyed participating in work-based learning through the Employment for LIFE program, where she assisted cafeteria staff with preparing school lunches! Her favorite memory from high school has been participating in the Special Olympics. Allie’s favorite academic subject is reading- especially her favorite book, “Go, Dog, Go!”

Upon graduation, Allie will live at home with her family and seek supervised employment and/or participation in a day program to continue growing her functional independence.

Congratulations, Allie! We are all so proud of you and cannot wait to see what you do next! You will always be a part of the LIFE family!❤️

With graduation right around the corner, the LIFE program would like to highlight our hard working graduates with a 🔦SENIOR SPOTLIGHT! 🔦Our first Senior Spotlight is on Ryan Buffolino!

Ryan is a hard working, fun loving student, and a great friend to have. Ryan’s favorite thing about school is playing with his peers and spending time outside or in P.E! His favorite academic subject is writing. You can always count on Ryan to show off his sweet dance moves! After graduation, Ryan hopes to obtain supervised employment and/or attend a day program so that he can continue to grow his functional independence.

WHAT. A. DAY!!!!!

Special Olympics 2026 was absolutely unforgettable! Our athletes started the day with a school-wide clap out before boarding the bus and heading over to SWU. One of our seniors, Matthew, ran the torch to kick off the games after opening ceremonies. Each and every one of these athletes showed up and showed out to represent LHS! We are so proud of them and all of their hard work!

There are countless people to thank for making this day as memorable as it was. To all of our parents and families, Flex volunteers, and our amazing admin team: thank you for your endless support and for making our athletes feel seen and supported on their special day! Another BIG thank you to Brian and Mia Fuller, Coach Bobby Ruff, and all of the SWU volunteers for helping everything run smoothly and making sure every one of our athletes were taken care of.

Special Olympics is always the highlight of our year! ❤️🖤
