Our Blue Jays are wrapping up the week with some great learning across the building!

Students are using Amplify to demonstrate their understanding of surface area in Math, reading and annotating articles in Social Studies, and digging into character development in ELA by identifying how a character felt before an important event, what caused the change, and how the character felt afterward.

In Science, students are strengthening their thinking and writing through CER—Claim, Evidence, and Reasoning—using evidence to support their ideas and explain their thinking.

Lots of reading, writing, thinking, and making connections today at LMS. Our Blue Jays are Designed to Fly!
